Your purchase will be processed and shipped 1-2 business days after placing an order.

If you placed an order over the weekend, your items will be processed and shipped out on Monday.

If you selected standard/ground shipping, the expected arrival date is 5-7 business days. Expedited orders will arrive within 3-4 business days of the shipment date.

All orders are final and non-refundable unless the shipment arrives damaged, an item is defective, or if the wrong product was sent. You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us at help@paperplane.biz with these issues.

Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. Damaged, opened, or used merchandise will not qualify for a refund. All returns will incur a $5 restocking fee per item. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

To determine if your order qualifies for a return, email us at help@paperplane.biz with the following required information: your name, order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
