These companies are the best in the world at what they do because of their unrelenting drive to focus and be the best at that one thing. Everything else is secondary to that.

It can be as simple as starting a regular newsletter to keep in touch with your customers, or staying organized with your notes and documents to systemize some of your manual processes.
Perhaps take a training program to expand your expertise or learn a new skill, or send out a postcard to your customers to say hello and remind them you are a travel expert and up to date with the ever-changing travel landscape of today.
Whatever it is, do that one thing. Not two or three.. just that one thing to push you forward. Then put all your energy and focus on it until it becomes routine.
